I cannot open my singtel dash it’s not working

Was trying to pay for something earlier and the app wouldn’t let me proceed without updating the app. Because I wasn’t on wifi - I couldn’t do this. So agitating and was unable to use the app to make a purchase and totally stuck. What a poor experience!

The app is taking a minute or two to load into main screen. My transactions are only updated few days after, not 1 day as advertised. Please help to fix this issue. Thank you.

Unable to login

When I try to use the Singtel dash (both app and website) for prepaid card top up, it pops up errors no matter how I try to re-enter and reset the password. Even ridiculously, I cannot login now after I reset my password.

I was charged twice for some item and I have called them a million times, problem still not solved after 21 days.

Have been using the app for a while utilizing its benefit which is good however when i changed my phone now it doesnt work tried to reinstall but error messages keeps coming.

The OTP number sent doesn’t work.

When I took ComfortDelGro cab, the counter code has the letter ‘Y’ and I couldn’t enter it so I ended up not being able to pay using Dash

App terminated because my iPhone is JB... SERIOUSLY WTH
